We want you to love your footwear, but if your Offcuts aren't quite right, you can return them within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for your return.

Pack the Shoes

Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside suitable outer packaging.

Send via Courier

Affix your chosen return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office or designated collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
